Sandra Trentini
Sandra Trentini is a Real Estate and Title Insurance Paralegal. Sandra has over 35 years of experience in the various parts of the real estate transaction. She has worked for several preeminent real estate attorneys (including Mr. Naviasky), a local bank and a mortgage broker. Sandra has been Mr. Naviasky’s senior real estate paralegal since 2004 and utilizes her wealth of knowledge to ensure that the closing experience for our clients is as informed and painless as possible.
Catherine Casolo
Catherine Casolo is the Estate Planning and Administration Paralegal. Catherine uses her organizational and interpersonal skills to interface with clients and prepare Wills, Trusts and other estate planning documents. She manages the day-to-day tasks associated with the administration of decedents’ estates, including the preparation of court documents, liquidation and distribution of various financial assets, and reconciliation and preparation of financial accountings. Catherine is also the paralegal responsible for real estate sale transactions.
Karen Mylinski
Karen Mylinski is a paralegal that assists with the preparation of estate planning, business, real estate and litigation documents, and assists with real estate transactions. Karen also handles many of the back office tasks that ensures the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
