He has vigorously advocated for clients in probate contests and accounting challenges in Surrogate’s Court. He has litigated foreclosure actions, partition actions, boundary line disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, and property assessment reduction proceedings to successful conclusions. Mr. Naviasky also has significant appellate practice with appeals having represented clients in over a dozen cases in appellate courts. He has also argued before New York State’s highest court, the Court of Appeals.
